Dark Matter eLiquid
Enjoy the wonderful flavor of our latest VapeSafe eLiquid - Dark Matter.
Dark Matter tastes like German chocolate cake. For those of you who have not had the fortunate to try a piece German chocolate cake recently, this is a great way to experience the flavor without getting any of the calories. German chocolate cake is a layered cake filled and topped with a coconut-pecan frosting. Traditionally sweet baking chocolate is used for the chocolate flavor in the actual cake. The robust filling and topping is a caramel made with egg yolks and evaporated milk. Once the caramel is cooked, coconut and pecans are stirred into the mixture. Finally, rich chocolate frosting is spread around the sides of the cake to hold in the filling.
Dark Matter eLiquid by VapeSafe captures the essence of German chocolate cake. Dark Matter eLiquid delivers plumes of vapor and rich chocolatey flavor that you'll want to enjoy again and again. Try Dark Matter today!

Description
Néomi Laress, a famous ballerina from a past century, became a phantom the night she was murdered. Imbued with otherworldly powers but invisible to the living, she haunts her beloved home, scaring away trespassers -- until she encounters a ruthless immortal even more terrifying than Néomi herself.
To prevent him from harming others, Conrad Wroth's brothers imprison him in an abandoned manor. But there, a female only he can see seems determined to drive him further into madness. The exquisite creature torments him with desire, leaving his body racked with lust and his soul torn as he finds himself coveting her for his own.
Yet even if Conrad can win Néomi, evil still surrounds her. Once he returns to the brutality of his past to protect her, will he succumb to the dark needs seething inside him?

Summary: "New Favorite Author"
My favorite romance authors are Diana Gabaldon, Stephanie Meyer (so far), and Jane Austen. I've now added Kresley Cole to that list, although she obviously takes the story further ;-) She doesn't use slang or fashion that dates the characters, unless it is a historical romance. Her historical romance accuracy has been brought up in comments, but I didn't find any errors distracting. The heroes sound like real men, whereas some authors write the hero in such a way that I can't tell the difference between him and the heroine. Her heroes don't seem to cross the line into being misogynists either. Her heroines are relatable, usually strong, and never painfully oblivious or dumb. Some of her books are better than others, but compared to other authors in this genre they are all worthy of 5 stars.

Summary: "This one begins the downhill slide of the series"
I think "Mediocre" is a good word to describe this book both in its content and physical form.
Books 1, 2, and 3 are great. Book 4, this book, is when things start slowing down - not yet totally drop dead boring (despite the repetitive storyline) but not something I would buy if given a do-over. And this is disappointing since out of all the paranormal characters vampires are one of my favorites. By book 5 I was so bored I almost didn't finish reading it. And this was disappointing as the male lead in book 5 is a demon and I enjoyed Larissa Ione's Demonica series so thought I would like the story of Cade. And then I must be a glutton for punishment or simply desperate while waiting for JR Ward's next Black Dagger Brotherhood novel to be released or Larissa Ione's next Demonica novel to be released because I tried books 6, 7 and 8 and they are a waste of time and money. Huge let down after such a promising start with books 1, 2 and 3.

Summary: "Not really into this one too much"
Dark Needs at Night's Edge was probably my least favorite of the 4 that I've read in this series so far. It just didn't interest me as much as the previous 3. I will say that this book, in my opinion, had one of the hottest sex scenes. The first time Néomi and Conrad get to it = hot hot hot! I think it's worth reading just for that! The ending is great, of course and all in all, for me, this book was good but not great.

Summary: "Sensual torture"
This is one of the best books in the series. Sebastian and Murdoch attempt to bring their brother back from the edge of madness. It is a heartaching endeavor on all sides although some of my favorite scenes are where Conrad is the only one who can see or hear the ghost and he and his brothers fear this is just a sign of his growing madness. Conrad is one of the strongest and most compelling characters in the entire series. Neomi is one of the the most tragic. The sexual tension between them is so think, especially because she is a ghost with no corporeal form. I am so glad the author took this road as both of them needed to work through their demons before they solved their issues with some mindblowing sex - although it is an extra savory time when they finally get there.

Summary: "bad decision"
I started not to get this book because the premise--a ghost and a mad vampire--seemed silly, but it had so many positive reviews that I decided to take a chance. Bad decision. The premise of the book was ridiculous. A ghost of a flapper from the 1920s with a blood-lust vampire who had never had sex. Apparently vampires can't have sex until they are blooded by their bride and then they only want to have sex with them. I don't know. Vampires as undead shouldn't be able to have sex at all since they have no natural body fluids. But at least a blood-crazed, sex-crazed vampire that many authors create makes more sense than a blood-crazed, virgin vampire.
[Personally, I love Ilona Andrews's vampires who are blood-crazed, with no cognitive thought, who have to be controlled by masters. It seems more logical to me.]
And then Néomi who is a ghost becomes human who gets killed again then and is a ghost, becomes something else. I wasn't sure what was going on, but I didn't care.
I can recommend several of her books, 1, 2, & 3, of this series as good, guilty pleasures. You know there is no intellecutual content, but they are a good read. This one and #5 were not.
